If you want no further contact from CLLUSION Investments LLC — no letters, no email, no calls, no texts — this page is how. It takes one message, you do not need an account, and we will not ask you why.

1. Three ways to tell us

  • Online. Use the unsubscribe form. Enter the email address we have for you, tick “all channels” and add your phone number if you want calls and texts stopped too. It takes effect the moment you submit.
  • Reply. Reply STOP to any text or email from us, or tell us to stop on a call. You do not have to use that word — any reasonable way of saying it counts.
  • Write. Email business@cllusion.com or post a note to CLLUSION Investments LLC, 12641 Antioch Road, Suite 1055, Overland Park, Kansas 66213. Include the address, email or phone number you want suppressed so we can match it.

If you received a letter from us about a property you own and would rather not hear from us again, any of the three works. Tell us the property address and we will suppress it along with your name.

2. What happens next

We record the request when it arrives, not later. Email stops within ten business days at the outside, as federal law requires; our practice is the same day. Calls and texts stop the same way. Mail already in the post may still reach you once — we cannot recall it — but nothing further goes out.

We keep the request for at least five years, and at least ten years for an Arizona number. Those are the minimum periods the rules require us to honour a do-not-contact request. In practice removal is permanent: we do not take people off the list when the period ends.

A request covers CLLUSION Investments LLC and any affiliated business you would reasonably expect it to cover. It applies whether or not your number is on the National Do Not Call Registry or any state list — this is our own list, and it is broader than theirs.

3. Our do-not-call policy

We keep a written internal do-not-call policy, as 47 CFR 64.1200(d) requires. It covers how requests are recorded, how long they are kept, and how the list is checked before any contact. A copy is available on request to anyone who asks — email business@cllusion.com.

4. If it does not work

If you hear from us after asking us to stop, tell us at business@cllusion.com or 913-368-0493 and we will fix it by hand. That should not happen, and if it does we want to know.
